Secondary steam humidifiers, also known as steam to steam humidifiers or soft steam humidifiers, are a new type of hygienic steam humidifier that uses existing boiler steam as the source of heat for the humidifier. Through heat exchange, tap water or pure water is heated to boiling, producing chemically pollution-free and high-quality steam that is sent to various places in need of humidification through air conditioning systems. This completely solves the negative effects on the health of workers caused by direct use of boiler steam humidification (due to the irritant nature of steam generated by steam boilers on human skin and respiratory tract) and environmental pollution, and greatly saves humidification energy consumption. Secondary steam humidifiers/pure steam humidifiers are suitable for places with high hygiene and cleanliness requirements, such as hospitals, wards, operating rooms, pharmaceutical factories, semiconductor chip production plants, laboratories, and high-end venues. In these fields (especially operating rooms, pharmaceutical factories, semiconductor chip production plants), direct boiler steam humidification contains chemical pollution and is not suitable for use.

Control execution mechanism:
Type C: One steam is controlled by an electromagnetic valve, which opens when powered on and closes when powered off.
D1 type: A basic steam valve is used for steam control, with a 24V power supply for the driver to control the opening and closing of the valve to achieve steam control.
D2 type: One steam is controlled by an electronic positioning steam valve, with a 24V power supply for the driver. The valve opening is controlled to regulate the steam volume.
Structural characteristics of Jinjiale steam to steam humidifier:
1. Steam generator
Including humidifier water tank, liquid level switch, and secondary steam outlet. Humidifiers are supplied with water and steam (with one steam completely isolated)
2. A steam device
Produced on-site by the construction party as required, including manual shut-off valves, steam filters, steam pressure gauges, electric control valves, steam traps, and corresponding primary steam pipelines and connectors
3. Water supply waterway
Tap water or pure water enters the steam generator through the inlet valve under the control of the liquid level switch and controller. The drainage cycle can be set by the controller, and high concentration water is discharged through the drain valve to prevent rapid scaling of the steam generator.
4. Secondary steam diffusion device
The steam generated by the steam generator is distributed to the air conditioning unit through a single rod, multi rod, or rapid absorption steam distributor.
5. Automatic control device
The control box can control the on/off and sewage functions of the humidifier, receive building self-control signals, and achieve automatic humidity control.
